Online Voting is more Beneficial

I am twenty-four years old and there have been two presidential elections that I gave been able to vote for. In 2008 I was living in Morgantown, West Virginia and I traveled the two and a half hours home to vote. As I was standing in line to vote, it seemed like it was going to take forever. Some people were waiting a while and even took time off of work to stand in line to cast one vote. I agree that voting is a very important task and as an American it is our duty. Being able to vote online seems so much more beneficial with people who work. It says in Chapter 4 that in 2012 Facebook and the political blog teamed up. The political blog was able to predict the state-by-state election results based on the data that people were posting on Facebook. Not everyone gets the chance to vote because of the taking time off of work. Also, some people just don't vote. I feel that they would vote easier and faster if there was an online voting option. The public will probably be more active in the political voting world. In politics they are trying to get everyone involved, so why not give people options.
