Microsoft CEO Steve Ballmer Bids Tearful
Farewell
Think about the most exciting boss you have ever
had. Ok, add extreme passion for the
company, and a Type “A” personality.
Finally, add loud music, cheering, dancing in a pep rally atmosphere and
then you have the makeup of Steve Ballmer CEO of Microsoft. Steve is bidding farewell to a company he
treated like he would his own family for 33 years and will be stepping down. Ballmer, now worth $18 billion dollars was
with Microsoft in the 80s when nobody believed the personal-computer would
sustain. Wow, a lot of analyst were completely wrong on that one.
Attached below is youtube link with Steve
Ballmer bidding his farewell. As you watch the video you can see the true
authenticity of Ballmer who is going through an emotional roll-a-coaster.

Analyst are now speculating that in light of
Microsoft announcing a complete re-organization and re-structuring of the
Global company to transfer more to a device and services provider that Ballmers
step down was forced. The belief of most
that work at Microsoft is that he stepping down on his own with honors. Microsoft is a very interesting IT giant so I
think the company is going to a CEO that is in the consumers face with a very “Loud
Voice” for their products and services.

That was heartfelt....I imagine leaving anything after 33 years is pretty hard to do.
