1. Exercise - It makes me feel good and helps to reduce the stress in my life!
2. Read - I love to read! It allows my imagination to run wild and helps me escape from reality.
3. Write - Another way for me to escape from reality and express myself.
4. Spend time with family - I don't get to see them as often as I would like but I enjoy the time that we do get to spend together.
5. Hangout with friends - Nothing beats good times with good friends!
6. Cook/bake I love to try out new recipes all the time, I am always cooking for my roommates!
7. Watch movies - I love all kinds of movies and continuously keep adding to my movie collection.
8. Shopping - Retail therapy at its finest! I love buying a new pair of shoes to add to my closet.
9. Nature walks - The beauty of nature is something that has always made me feel at peace.
10. Clean/organize I know many people might see this as more of a chore, but I find cleaning and organizing very relaxing. It distracts me from any stress in my life and also makes me feel more at ease when everything is organized.I always try and make sure that I make some time in my day everyday to do something that I enjoy. I try and reward myself with these activities if I get all of my work done throughout the day. For example, I take the time to read or watch a movie at the end of the day once all of my school work and chores are done. Some days it is impossible to have 'free time' in my day but once in awhile it is necessary to make that time!
