Travel is something that I love to do. In saying that, I am also a person that has
never been on an airplane and really have no desire to do so. All of the vacations that I have taken have
been in the Eastern, United States. We
have often visited, Orlando, Savannah, Myrtle Beach, Daytona Beach, Cocoa Beach, Amelia Island, Outer Banks, Pittsburgh, Baltimore, Gettysburg, etc. Many people dream traveling the world, but for this simple West
Virginia girl, just traveling the United States would be awesome.
My top ten are as follows:

9. Las Vegas, Nevada
8. New Orleans, Louisiana
7. Boston, Massachusetts
6. Key West, Florida
5. Washington D.C.
4. Ellis Island, New

Arizona
The top
ten listed above are basically what I consider my bucket list of US
travel. Maybe one day I will get brave
enough to board a cruise ship or airplane to do some further explorations of
this wonderful planet we live on. Until
then, I will settle for the gorgeous places to visit that we call home in this
awesome United States of America.
Love your list! I went to the Grand Canyon last year and it was AWESOME!!!! During the same trip we went to Vegas as well! Just as AWESOME!!! Good luck!

ReplyDeleteGreat list! There are many amazing places I’d like vacation in the U.S. as well. I have been to Las Vegas and loved it! In particular, I would like to visit Yellowstone National Park. It looks beautiful!
ReplyDeleteI have been to both New Orleans and Las Vegas, they both tried to kill me. For New Orleans enjoy yourself through the weekdays and sight see, Friday it is party time and it ends Sunday. Las Vegas never stops and I honestly do not remember either my wife or myself sleeping for four days.
